I was able to redeem one of my pre order packs for the digital deluxe edition. But my other pack glitched and disappeared

I know this probably isn’t the right part of the forum to say this but, lately I keep getting disconnects and taking L’s in ranked. This problem has happened to be three times and most recently on a 0-0 extra’s game in the 11th. I keep reporting these games for disconnects and yet I still have these L’s in my record.
