I am having the same issue. I even deleted and reinstalled the game and it got worse. I feel like an idiot for pre-ordering. Customer service is moving too slow even though all the threads are reporting switch problems

@Manu__SDS what are you going to do with the folks wo purchased early access? It's been more than a week with no access. Also, why isn't customer support responding?
