I got 41 wins in ranked but it isn’t giving me my world series pack. Idk what to do. Anyone else have the same issues?

I picked up my 40th abs 41st wins yesterday in Ranked. It’s not giving me my pack and says I’m stuck on 39 wins in the World Series reward path. My record says 41-22.
