I actually received a response a few months ago from my case they were looking into it, never heard anything since. And it's still not fixed!

Glad to see someone is having the same problem as me. I've scoured the settings and couldn't find anything so I believe it's a bug. Makes it almost unplayable for me since I've had no chance to adjust my timing nor experienced a perfect/perfect swing yet (maybe I have, but it won't tell me lol). Hopefully it gets fixed soon, I check every game update and so far nothing yet.
