The thing is that my other games like 2K or Call of Duty play just fine, so I don’t know what the issue is

My game is laggy and plays pretty poorly even offline. I’ve asked other Xbox friends and they said their version is fine. I downloaded the game via game share with a friend and he’s the one who bought it. Could this have any effect on why my game is playing so poorly? Even when I play offline it is still the same.
