How about you try going after the actual companies that are deploying the bots. They aren’t hard to find. Instead of banning, or I guess you’re just cool downing now, the legit players in your market place. Funny the tab to come in here says “Community Market : Buy low sell high”. LOL what a joke that is where is the note that says WARNING buy low sell high unless a bot buys your stuff then you are banned. Destroyed your player base. Not to even mention the actual horrible gameplay

I do not know if they put you under affirmation or oath. I called today and was on the phone with them for over an hour taking my statement. People can say what they want but I know what I did and it was just flipping the market. I know there is a number of people that is growing that are calling. I feel the only way to even attempt to make them do the right thing is if big Sony hears enough rumbling. Do I think this will work probably not but who knows

If you have been banned unjustly and pretty much ghosted by SDS when you send in a ticket. Two things to do. Call 1-855-315-0767. That is the number to ethics point a third party company daddy Sony hired. They will make a report and get back to you. No idea what will happen however just as unethical it is to purchase stubs from a third party site it is equally unethical to ban legit people and keep their money like SDS is doing. Unfortunately, it is on the company, SDS, to make sure they are not doing this and only get the actual cheaters. Include all names in the report like Joe and Manu plus whatever other communication you have had.
Secondly, make a better business bureau report. Surprise surprise that SDS is not an accredited company so you have to file against Sony Interactive Entertainment. Explain exactly what you did ( you type it all ) exactly what they did. This in turn goes to big Sony.

I have no doubt there are cheaters hackers and people that buy from third party sites. I also have no doubt that innocent people got banned as SDS was trying to clean it up. Instead of SDS going after the actual third party companies they took the easy way out and just banned anything they felt looked like bot activity. These two methods will let big Sony know that they have a branch of there business acting extremely unethical.

Except I did not do that I was flipping diamond equipment and bots bought what I had posted. You need to understand what is actually happening before commenting

Submit a ticket wait a month or two before they get back to you and tell you there is nothing they can do

I got an email saying I was banned for market manipulation but after talking with Joe and Manu on here they said it was third party purchasing but never got an email about that nor does my game say I’m banned for that. They are just making stuff up as they go. They won’t say it but their philosophy is for every 100 cheaters if 10-15 innocents get it to they can live with that

@Ibuprozyn_XBL good luck same thing happened to me and @sds_joek_psn and @manu__sds_mlbts literally went into my post here and said don’t worry we are working with him but nothing changed. They should ban people that violate ToS but they have to find a way not to get innocent people and rob them of the purchase price of the game

I was banned 3 weeks ago or maybe even longer now for market manipulation. When all I was doing was flipping. After long convos with @sds_joek_psn and @sds_manu where one said I did nothing wrong but then backtracked and told me that I was actually banned for stub transferring even though the ban in the email and on my screen says market manipulation. I was told to put in a ticket still haven’t heard back and I’m not holding my breathe. SDS has a bot problem. So if you flip like you have in past years and the bot buys your stuff you get banned for it even though you cannot control who buys or sells. So innocent people get banned you get robbed of whatever you paid for the game just because the people that work there can’t figure out how to stop it. SDS how about trying to go after the 3rd party companies themselves. What do you think the people that got banned that didn’t do anything wrong think when they see huge streamers like Kyle and other promote those companies give discount codes out get paid by the companies and say they use them but those people STILL ARENT BANNED. You have absolutely ruined your community with this. You are literally robbing people.

I was banned for flipping diamond equipment. Right underneath this forum it says community market buy low sell high. Literally what I was doing. If you look at my whole account I started with silver jerseys then moved onto gold bats then moved onto the diamond equipment. I have been doing the same thing since 2019. No stub transferring no bots all me on the app and also on my console. With the 20 item limit it hasn’t even been as much as prior years. I do not understand. In the ban email it said stub transferring which I 100% was not doing and market manipulation. I do not understand. I put up orders for 10-20 items at a time. They all sell to me then I post them all for sale When they sell I do it again. Same thing for 6 years. There is a post on Twitter/X I made about this. Very open about what I did it has over 300k views with everyone basically saying they do the same thing. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. SDSJOE I was told to ask for you in the forums
