SDS: how do I get a refund for this broken, bug/glitched plagued game? I’ve lost soooo many games, XP, stubs and especially time due to server errors and freezes. This is unacceptable at this point since the release and even with the patches the game only seems to have gotten worse. We put a lot of time money and effort into your product and I’m curious to know how you all plan to rectify all this. The game is virtually unplayable in my opinion. Lastly, my son bought the XBox One version and the game is so bad due to lag, frame rate and all issues mentioned above. He cannot even get through a game because of the lag...how can he get a refund from a digital copy???? That console version is an embarrassment. I’m sorry but it’s aggravating when you enjoy the game so much when it’s playing the way it’s intended to be.
