I haven't been able to find a ranked game or battle royal game since June. Matchmaking searches for a while and eventually says "no opponent found". Happens every time without fail. I've contacted SDS multiple times and they are telling me that there is no issue with my account. Has anyone heard of this before?

Same thing happened to me. I haven't even been able to find a match in Ranked (or BR) since June, and SDS service keeps telling me that nothing is wrong lol. I think this will be my last year playing, my account is broken and I feel like they're laughing at me.
