I just switched from Xbox to P5. I already created an MLB The Show account and have both my xbox account and P5 account linked. I loaded up my MLB on my P5 and my DD or my CAP aren't here. How do I transfer the data over? I was 9 clubs away from chipper alongside many other players grinded.
