@SilverBullet3519 have they responded to you yet? that is awful. literally over a thousand dollars worth of stubs just disappear and if your case is like mine, then they pretty much ignore it

I genuinely do not understand why or how this takes so much time to resolve. I can go view my opened packs and see when i got him, but for some reason they are unable to do it in almost a month.

So, I am 100% done wiith the entire TA Program, but for the AL East specifically, I am missing Anthony Santander. I'm not sure what happened, I assume it is because of server errors the first few weeks of the game. I contacted SDS on 4/24 about my missing player, but have gotten no response. I just want to know if there is anything I can do or am I just forced to wait?
