I noticed today I put a tier 3 orioles captain boost on Bundy and he went to 99 ovr

I’m scared to death of this captain deal. I went to try and pick one and had so many choices and no clue which one to pick. I’m probably missing it, but I can’t see any way to tell which of the boosts would be active for the particular captain? I’ve noticed it after I’ve put one in and I believe it was either shown in bold or perhaps a check mark. I’ve seen people on here mention how (seemingly) some players require x to get this boost while others don’t and other stuff…it makes my head hurt. I did notice I was beating out the infield dribblers much, much more often when I had a captain enabled so I am certainly desirous of the payout I’m just so intimidated by trying to keep up with it all.

Is there a simple way to sum this up for an old has been (actually more like an old “never was”) that has few brain cells left to spare? If so I’m sure @TEXAS10PT_PSN would LOVE to know. Hahaha couldn’t resist but, alas, I speak of meself only!

Unfortunately true kind of like more people like fantasy baseball than follow an actual team.

To piggyback off this idea, maybe 20 pxp for an exceptional play. It could be triggered on plays which result in a replay. That would allow light hitting / great fielders to gain PXP a little faster.

He's already Tatis Jr. That's quirkier than anything SDS can assign him.

I bought the game when it first came and just kind of didn’t feel like going through the same grind again. So I shelved it until about last weekend. I’m glad I came back. Honestly the game feels a lot better than 21. I had recently played 21 again about two weeks ago and the game felt laggy and it was really affecting my swing timing. I noticed playing 22 this weekend that my timing felt good and the game felt much smoother than 21. I don’t know maybe it’s because I haven’t played in awhile so that’s why I feel that way and am noticing these differences. I wish I would have played because now I’m pretty far behind.

For me it’s the pppositr went back to 21 last night and I feel it’s a lot better in terms of gameplay.

Completely agree…I’ve being playing ‘21 Event games over the past week. Been using just random guys that I wouldn’t even use because they are the default roster and the gameplay has been such a breath of fresh air. I know ‘21 has issues of its own, but it has just been so much fun. I am sure I will do some things like POTM and player programs with ‘22, but I think from this point most of my time will be with ‘21. Simply put….it is just more fun.

No, I'm saying the topps now follows the real life topps now series, so if Topps in RL has not made a topps now card of Wilmer Flores, SDS can't put in a topps now Wilmer Flores

I remember last year’s game when I had to explain this on the boards too.

I’m weird about using legends. I will only use legends I watched and liked as a kid, or white Sox players. Other than that, I only use current players. And I also don’t like using most of the constantly recycled legend players, so when there are newer legends that played when I was younger, I’ll use those as well.

if he does moments/missions up to the last pack it will be 3 of the low and 1 of the high and then the collect will take him to the lightning and he just skips stage 3.wont get no sell dupes unless he does stage 3.

It's been the last week of every program.

If this follows the trend, it'll start next Tuesday the 2nd and run for a week.

99 cents per moment. I always say that but specifically the two extra base hits with JD Martinez last year and the hit a homerun with Jasson Dominguez this year. Both took over 20 attempts and while I got them done, it is too much of my limited game time taken up not to mention the annoyance. 99 cents per moment is fair so players can move on to the content they really want to play. Also, the Jackie Robinson moments from 2020.

Nice! I usually don’t enjoy those games. It’s just cheese everything. Can’t see how anyone would enjoy playing that way
