I highly doubt it, events went until at least February last year.

That’s good to know because I enjoy playing events a lot more than ranked seasons.

I only play events for the rewind packs at 5 & 10 wins. It's too much of a grind getting 30 wins for the Featured Card. I easily lose 30 to 40 games by the time I reach my 10th win. I dislike events because many times you need to use cards you may not want to. As well the matching engine is reset per entry & many times I playing someone that is WS caliber player in RS or a 12-0 caliber player in BR. Unlike the engine matching in RS it keeps you within the tier you are if if you keep the slider to tbe far left.
Events would be better if you rating did NOT reset upon re-entry. This way you will be matched more with players at your own level or just a little bit more advanced. It will also slow down WS-RS & 12- 0 BR type of players from getting to 30 wins quickly because their rating is NOT reset either & now they have to play others at their same level of play. No more easy wins over players that are clearly not at their level of play.

Totally agree. Sometimes I'll get on a roll and get 4 or 5 wins in a sitting. But more often than not it's getting one win by enduring 10 losses by guys that hit every pitch not in the strike zone for a single and every pitch in the strike zone for a home run. What I basically do now is if it's clear they're going to hit everything I can throw, I just quit quickly (never dashboard, just quit). That way, they can move on, good for them, and I don't have to waste any more time getting crushed and can move on to a more evenly matched opponent. I'll stick it out in Ranked to earn the innings however or in BR to accrue whatever points I can. They'll mercy quit you in Ranked, but not in BR for some reason.

No. The last event will be The Forever Event and that’s still probably a couple months away.

I like events, but they still don’t do a good job with the matchups. I know it must be hard with the eliminations.

I'll be trying to get 30 wins since I'm at 10 right now but I just know I'll end up on a big losing streak and not get there. I usually play enough for 2 rewind packs and that's it. Sometimes though I'll win like 15 out of 20 somehow but rarely.

13 wins to go and I’m done with this one. Just get the players and I get out.
