Anyone know if they will be available in franchise mode? I believe they used to actually be in the upcoming draft class within the franchise, but maybe they are just in as free agents and need to be assigned?
Any idea?

Is the 23 MLB draft class going to be available in franchise mode? And any idea if they would enter in the draft or would be free agents that need to be picked up or drafted?
