Good for you but I think you are an outlier. I put a ticket in back in April about cards going missing in my inventory and haven't heard a thing.

That's awesome. I'm still waiting from about 6 weeks ago too. I hope I can get it fixed. Somehow I got two Gregory Soto instead of Nelson Cruz. I honestly didn't think I did choose Gregory twice because I love Cruz for his pinch hitting vs lefties. But that's what shows up in my inventory so it's my problem. I hope they fix it.

I put a ticket in and emailed them. Try that brother. Hope you get your issue resolved

I was down vs Nolan Ryan. I’m not the best in the game but I’m also not the worst and know what I’m doing. Beat every other showdown. Nolan Ryan is unhittable for me. I managed two hits in the 20 outs against him. Both resulted in double plays. I ain’t even trying that again. Almost snapped my new ps5 black controller

Same thing happened to me. Only I didn’t pick it twice. I picked the last card I needed got a connection error when I get back on I have two of the same guy instead of the one I was missing. I put a ticket in but by the time respond or fix it, it prolly won’t even matter unless you need acuna for a collection

Man that sucks. Yeah I want the acuna card but I really wanted the 35k xp more than anything. Appreciate the info fellas.

Haven’t had an issue with the game since launch till now. Was opening up the last pack needed to complete the new TA. Got a connection error right before I picked Walsh and it gave me the guy from Seattle. Now I have 29/30 cards and can’t get Acuna. How do you get customer service respond to a ticket?
