Does customer support exist?

Haven’t had an issue with the game since launch till now. Was opening up the last pack needed to complete the new TA. Got a connection error right before I picked Walsh and it gave me the guy from Seattle. Now I have 29/30 cards and can’t get Acuna. How do you get customer service respond to a ticket?

It def exists, but I guess they are inundated with tickets or don't have enough people working support to properly respond. I had 42 series Max Muncy vanish from my inventory and it got fixed about 60 days later

It takes like 2 months... First time I beat the conquest map no 10 pack or 3500... 2 months later it's just there

Man that sucks. Yeah I want the acuna card but I really wanted the 35k xp more than anything. Appreciate the info fellas.
