Complaining here has gotten us all nowhere.

By expressing negative opinions on social media for the world to see, it somewhat forces their hands to acknowledge us.

SDS should be the standard definition of poor customer service.
They never give an explanation or accommodate for “unbeatable consistency” in making mistakes at the bearing of loyal customers.
It’s sad..

They really should compensate people that paid for early access as well as everybody that currently has game. More compensation for people who paid for early access though.

I agree. Early access was a waste of money..
