I’m wondering if this is a known problem or not. The cover athlete captain and the hall of fame pitcher captain are both missing eligible players. Cover athlete does not include vlad sr, chipper, and others that were boosted last year.
HOF pitcher boost leaves out numerous Negro league pitchers and others, such as Don Sutton. I’ve just noticed this so I don’t have a full list but what gives? These boosts could be really fun instead they’re just wrong.
