Really getting fed up with this [censored]

I keep emailing. I’m not hearing anything so idk . Only way I can access my team is through ps4 version

I can’t figure out how to get my team off the ps4 version to ps5 . I keep unlinking and it says that I did it but it isn’t actually working. idk at this point. I’m really not trying to play last gen

I just downloaded the ps4 version on the ps5

I got mine back by downloading the ps4 version but how do I get it back on the ps5?
