A few years ago there was pretty much no reward path for Ranked. From everyone complaining that there isn't much to do honestly plays the game way, way too much. Last year people were complaining that there was too much to do with the shorter Ranked and Events lasting only one week.
I never thought about that. Mainly because I wouldn't want to hide it. But it makes perfect sense to have the option to do so. But at the time you cannot do that.
