Can we get the option to change our cornerstone captains during each season to test different play styles, I wish I chose Buxton so I am bummed I can't change to him.

I've seen teams with two cornerstone captains

They are not released until launch day?

I've noticed some of the best cards don't have any perks, do perks matter at all? Are there cards with perks that make them better than the ones without?
