Do the Showdown active perks work on CAPs online? It seems like no based on the perks now showing when at bat, but wondering if that's been confirmed.

That does seem like the logical answer. The only time I attempt a pickoff is when I see the other player take that extra step too. I never get it though, ever. lol I was just wondering if there was a trick to it because I've never been picked off by a player when only taking the extra step and it happened twice in 1 game all of a sudden one at 1st and the other at 2nd.

I don't think there is a trick. But I'll probably get at least one pickoff per game against someone that is constantly taking an extra step. I throw over every time an extra step is taken at first though.

Do you happen to know if the performance mode in the ps5 settings changed the setting in the audio video area in game? Do they correspond to eachother?

I switched to a PS5 a few weeks ago and my timing has been way worse. I am late way more than usual. Is there any setting I need to change? I already play on a monitor.

You're wrong. I play 6-8 hours a day. 15-20 games a day. At 3,000 XP a game I'm popped.

So you already play a lot for no XP. This isn't any different, you'll still be one of the first people with the boss and to finish the inning program.

Are you one of the people that you're describing? I work and have a family. I am definitely not able to play for more than a few hours for the entire weekend. If you have 10 hours to play in a day, you can still gain XP, just do moments, or a program or something.

No programs left. And isnt momoments xp part of gameplay or no?

There is XP along the way in at least CAP programs. Moments wouldn't count towards the cap. It's for gameplay.

Yes, I will default to believing the odds. Because there is no reason for them to lie. People buy packs no matter what. Why risk legal action by posting incorrect odds? That's usually how the burden of proof works. You say the odds are a lie and would need to prove it.

Yes, that's exactly what would happen. Knowing a company ran a scam would imply some sort of proof. All you have said is the odds are a lie. Not any sort of proof whatsoever. The chances of pulling zero diamonds in 200 packs is 1.76%.

There isn't progression in DD. Only to the program missions for your archetype.

No way. I would against at even money in a heart beat. 60% implies you're a .045 hitter. Not without some significant training.

Wouldn't it imply .030 because .6*.05 (1 hit) = .030

Assuming at bats are independent (probably not, but simplifies it) and you take all 20 at bats. Then chance of no hit 20 times in a row = 0.955^20 = about 40% no hits.

I've never once been annoyed by someone pitching too quickly. Picking a pitch so I can't sub my pitcher? Sure. No need to make games longer than they already are. Stop calling it quick pitching. Nobody comes set in this game, it shouldn't be expected.
