Had this problem as well and for the longest time couldn't figure it out. All you need to do is logout of your account and there should be 4 options. Click The Show icon, log in through there, and there should be an option to link your twitch acc. You will not be able to link your twitch if you're logged in via ps/xbox/switch.

Same here, doing the nation of baseball conquest and can conquer all teams except the Angels.
