I submitted a ticket a week ago and I was told Wednesday it was being escalated to the appeal team… I’ve yet to hear back and it’s severely hindering my progress in the game and honestly making me not want to play the game anymore.

The fact that no one has come out to at the very least acknowledge us as customers tell you everything you need to know about the direction of this company.

It’s been down since midnight for me.
