Not so sure it'd be Rivera. They've never had a pitcher as the 'Collect All' reward, much less a reliever.

Ortiz would be the more likely 'Collect All' of the Legends displayed today. Though were money on the line, I'd go someone more well-rounded like Mantle, Clemente, or Aaron.

If I'm not mistaken, Ortiz was already in the game. Rivera a a new player, a legend, and probably the most sought after player not name Bonds or Jeter.

Working on some of the CAP missions that involve assists.

When attempting to get an assist, after my player fields the ball, im getting a crosshair with an R. What do i need to do to throw the ball on time?

I've been flipping certain cards today; while finishing up some 11th Inning missions and just noticed something weird.

Now ALL day I've been placing Buy Orders are a few cards (10) to be exact and have been getting them close to QS value.

After all 50 Buy Orders are filled, I sell them for a few stubs over what I paid. Not much, but just to have something voing on in the background while I'm playing.
Now my most recent But Orders, after I placed them, I went back in to check on them, and noticed that EVERY SINGLE ONE has been outbid by the same amount of stubs.

Talk about conspiracy theories. Lol

I know DD is a 'fantasy' based game mode. But do you think we would get more bullpen diversity if SDS only allowed you to carry 2 CPs in your bullpen? All other RPs would have to be classified as RPs.

And yet you keep playing.

Just hit 600 Stars and have my choice of Griffey, Robinson, or Piazza. Naturally, the one that wirth the most would be the norm; but I have yet to hit 300 in the 6th inning, so I can still pick one when I hit that.

I'm keaning towards Griffey now and selling him while the price is inflated and then grab him once I hit 300 in his program.

Any reason that I shouldnt sell him and pick Robinson or Piazza when I hit 30p in the 6th Inn?

Outfield is Williams, Mays, and Ichiro now. So if I keep Griffey now, Ichiro will go to the bench.

I have Alomar or Hornsby at 2nd and Pudge at Catcher, so Robinson and Piazza would be bench bats.

Only reason to take Griffey now, and possibly Piazza in the 6th, is I could sub in Ichiro to run for Pudge/Piazza and replace with the other; but i also have my CAP at catcher.

I think I'm leaning towards Griffey and selling him.

Just hit 566 Stars and got the 2 Headliners bundles.

Out of the 6 packs, I pulled 6 Diamonds.

Ironically, all 6 were LS Ketel Marte. Nice 30k in free stubs, but to pull him 6 times in a row is weird.

He only loses half the ranking points as a bonus for playing the entire game. But if he quits, he now gets a -150 which is 3x in negative then what the winner got. So quitting is now a ranking point value of like losing 3 games immediately back to back. Apart from that, quitting causes a 3 hour ban, meaning the system detects your last "quit" & blocks you from being matched in an RS Game for 3 hours.

ONLY THING THAT BYPASSES THIS "PENALTY" AN AGREED "FRIENDLY QUIT"

I feel this will prevent many from quitting so easily & as often as they do. Tell me what you guys think.

Please give me your meaning of 'quitting' for this scenario.

Are you talking about 'Rage Quitting' where they dashboard or when they just pause the game and select the 'Quit' button?

Anyone remember what these cards were selling for before the stub sale?

Just pulled one and was going to pick Walter Johnson and sell him for around 40K.

Just wondering if I should keep him.

To remedy that, everyone can have "3 Grievance Outs" per month. Meaning if they truly did get disconnected due to internet issues or some other emergency within the household did happen that prevents from being able to continue playing that game. Then they can use 1 of those 3 Grievance Outs & not be hit with the Quit Penalty. Now that is very fair because again many quit just because they being crushed or out matched. However with a mercy rule implemented, the suffering wouldn't that long if the other player is killing you that d**m fast. LMAO

And what happens when there are server issues that cause someone a game?

I’ve been playing a game and then been hit by a storm during the game and have had the power go out, should I lose 150 points and be banned for 3 hours for not being able to control the weather?

There is no solution needed for people quitting games.

Only 'solution' is to maybe implement a 'Concede' button.

You confuse me. In one post you complain that you're getting matched up with players that are Elite, thus not giving you a chance to compete; thus giving you one of two options: Take a beating or quit.

Then in another post, you want to 'punish' people for quitting.

Don't know if this has any bearing on this argument; but the other week I watched a video (posted by someone on here) on how to draft a team and go 12-0 in BR.

Now I don't go into the drafting process, but what 'caught my eye' as the player saying that once you get a solid stream going (7-8 wins) you should let your search bar fill up as much as possible to get paired up with someone who has a lower streak (1-2 wins) so it's an 'easier' game.

1. I don't think you can control how far your Search Bar fills, in BR, like you can in RS.
2. If it is possible, which I doubt, then it does seem easier for people to go 12-0. (Some people will quit out of games, if they're already 0-1)

Now, im not saying that Snapple, or Tony, have a valid point. I see both sides of the argument.

I'm saying:

1. If the poster of that video is correct, something needs adjusted to make it a fair field.
2. I, imo, would rather play someone ranked higher than me; only for the fact that it helps make me a better player.

Besides, if you're constantly playing people that are the same skill level ad you; it would get monotonous(sp) fast.

Im not going for Hader. I was going to sell him to get some of the Golds needed for Honus. But when I noticed most of what i need are tied to early programs (and are running close to 10k for a Gold, I'm probably not going to get Honus.

Probably will keep Billy Wagner. But I see he is up to around 200K. If he gets any higher, I may have to take the chance and sell him.

Right as I got him, I bought Ripken for 15K, to lock the 3 of them in and Collect the 30K. But that's when I saw Wagner was at 120K. Add Ripken now being at 40K, and I made a mistake locking him in.

Anyway, I'm thinking next year that im going to work hard at getting any rewards early enough where I can sell early and buy back two of each. That way I can sit on one and hope they blow up in cost. (Gold Perez)

Does anyone have a complete breakdown of the Mystery rewards once you hit 625 Stars in this current program?

Wagner has pitched over 150 innings for me in ranked seasons, and still has a sub-1.50 ERA. I just wouldn't sell my top lefty to add a worse lefty and an outfielder.

Plus, you can find a way to get enough stubs to just buy Hader. He's not that expensive.

Oh. I wouldn't sell him to get Hader and Bellinger. Id sell him to fund my run towards the remaining cards I need to get Honus.

I understand what everyone is saying about Wagner, but I have a grand total of 23 RS games under my belt and the last one I played was prior to me getting Wagner and Mays.

Only use for Wagner is the current Event and I already have enough wins for Bautista and any Conquest games I would play. But most of my Conquest games qte played on Rookie and by the time I close out the game, I'm already up 5-6 runs.

Maybe, once I complete all the previous content; I'll play some RS. But by then, I can have enough stubs saved up to buy him back.
