Sorry for the lack of context. There are 2 tickets I put in. 1. I wanted to see the status of my account, as I am banned. There has been no communication about why the ban occurred, nor any response to the request to find out more about it.
2. One of the more problematic, has been the fact I requested my data and personal information that is held by SDS, and did not receive a response in regards to that either, which being that there are privacy laws pertaining to this, is nuts I haven’t even gotten a simple reply.

Any reason I have support tickets unanswered for over 1 month? I’ve put in 2 about the same subject and never received even a confirmation that they received it outside the automation provided to Zendesk. Are there no queue watchers?
