So if Foster or Donaldson pitch in a game, you'd move them for one of the other four to have a fresh arm.
It's not ideal because when you bring a starter out of the bullpen then they're out of stamina regardless of how few pitches. However, it's the closest thing I could think to do without using an actual bullpen. At the very least, give yourself Mariano Rivera, Lee Smith, and even Aroldis Chapman for a lefty just to have some type of bullpen lol.
