I play RTTS on all-star and still have issues drawing walks. It seems the pitcher will only throw strikes once they get behind in the count. Sliders didn't make a difference either. I lowered cpu control and strike frequency to 0. Still got the majority of pitches in the zone. Anyone else having an issue drawing walks?
