I have the same problem while playing diamond dynasty it disconnects at least 1-3 times everyday and it is very annoying I also am hard wired and the problem persists.

So Ive played around 200 games already and about half of the game I lost were due to me getting the error has occurred message and getting disconnected completely from the online game. My internet connection is hard wired to my router already so its not a wifi isssue. And ive already replaced the router once and it still does this every so often to where its impossible to rank higher and higher. Anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
i need either a refund, or the servers need to be fixed.
Does anyone else get the "Error has occurred" while playing someone in Diamond Dynasty?
