For those of you affected by the linking and unlinking issue that has caused the loss of money and time, please contact me if you’re interested in being a part of a lawsuit to get our money back. Not for the base game but for all the extras that we have essentially been robbed of. All the stubs. The preorder bonuses. And our time.. It is obvious SDS has no intent on fixing or even acknowledging the issue so I think it’s time we take action.

nowhere in the TOS does it say anything about getting robbed of all your money that you put into the game when you link accounts that they encourage... some guys are out 500 dollars due to this. and as far as a fix goes, they havent said a [censored] word about it.

I, and thousand of others, linked our main account to the other platform through theshow.com website, and it erased all of our progress, purchased stubs, and preorder bonuses. The only help any of us get from SDS is troubleshooting tips for linking and unlinking. The problem is a lot of us don’t even get the option to unlink on the website and when we do it in game, the site says we’re still connected.. this is super frustrating and not ok. A lot of us have lost a lot of money with no mention of it from SDS at all. No fix in site. No nothing. . . If you’re contemplating on linking accounts, DONT DO IT. you may regret it like us . . . Please help us bring this to SDS attention! This isn’t right.

Kind of .. I worked the system... so I decided to buy the digital deluxe on the Xbox and redeemed all the stuff that came with it. And since it’s attached to that other Ps account still, I had it there except for the stubs that don’t transfer... I paid with a gift card and PayPal for the remainder. I requested a refund after I got everything and played a game with the items on PS.. the refund was approved and I still have all the items. And now I’m about to take the refunded money and buy stubs since it’s on game pass.
XBOX/Microsoft refunded your money for the digital?
Every cent. Almost immediately... my reasoning was the servers make it unplayable .. and all the extras stayed attached to my account. I did spend all the stubs before requesting.

this isnt a server issue... the issue is when we linked accounts we lost all progress and items attached to our accounts and there is no way to unlink.. even in game, when we unlink nothing happens.. and the site still says linked.. since day one its been this way.

Guys. If your desperate like I was here’s what I did.. I purchased a 100 dollar gift card for Xbox then Purchased the digital deluxe on Xbox. Redeemed all the packs and spent the stubs. Then asked for a refund due to servers messing up. And was refunded within an hour.. now Since the Xbox is still linked to ps5 all those redemptions are STILL attached to my account and I have been using them ever since. The gift card they refunded to me went to buy more stubs with which I purchased some of the guys I had on my lost account .. btw stubs are 10% off on Xbox.
