If you have progressed on both your Switch and your XBox, then you will have to decide which account you want to have as your main one and progress from there. Or, unlink them and just play on both.
Your best bet is to unlink your accounts. Get into them to see where each one is and then decide which one you want as your main account. Then relink them, choosing the account you want as your main, and then move on from there.
Thanks so much for your help, but when I go to link my xbox account after linking my switch account(my primary). The Switch never pops up as a choice to continue progression. Only Xbox and The Show account.
The Show account isn't going to show as an option to progress because it is only there to hold all of the other accounts together. It isn't used to play the game.
It seems odd to me that if you have all of your accounts unlinked and then link the Switch, that when you go to link the XBox, the Switch isn't going to show. I think your next step is a ticket to SDS to see if there is a problem with your accounts (The Show, XBox, and Nintendo).
You were right the Switch option was there its just not a Switch logo its a MLB THE SHOW logo as the icon. I think this is what may be confusing alot of people.

OK IT WORKED!
I figured out what confused me. On the website the Switch option has a THE SHOW icon.... Its actually the Switch account I just didn't read the text underneath it.
Also for everyone having issues it didn't work for me until I used the actual website on a computer. My phone didn't always pop up the account option.

Mine didn’t show up, restarted the game, said it was redeemed and had the stubs. Tried opening packs, said an unhandled exception occurred and the stubs were gone again. Still haven’t seen my packs either. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
this happened to me also. Glad I'm not alone. This sux.

I played a couple moments got a server network error then restarted all my stubs and moments reset?!? What is going on?
Can you play March To October saves across platforms?
