More than likely banned. Went through the same issue only to be told i was banned for “violating TOS” but they refuse to tell me what i actually did. Opened a case with the BBB - got refunded for every penny spent including purchase of the game

I have the same issue. Been like this for 3 days. Have submitted multiple tickets, reached out via twitter, zero responses zero communication. This is unreal

Thats what im assuming also - but i mean no email confirmation, no response to support tickets. Nothing. And ive literally done nothing. Nothing wrong
