Has anyone heard anything about there ban?

I have never been banned or warned of wrong doing but I got banned the same day a lot of people did for two years!! It’s a mistake but I can’t even get a reply so it can be corrected. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I just want to play on my account
