Easier to see pitches? How exactly do you think vision works in this game? Do you think the ball is a higher resolution or bigger with good vision, and blurry with bad vision?
Vision controls size of the outer PCI. You are not seeing the ball better with higher vision cards.

I just checked the log. You left Darren O'Day in for 1 and 2/3 innings and he gave up 5 runs. That means his stamina was already somewhat depleted from the 8th inning. Then you let him give up a bomb with 1 out in the 9th...and left him in to get tagged for 4 more runs. Everyone knows confidence drops like a rock under those circumstances and the opponents PCI gets bigger, which means it gets easier and easier to knock you around.
You didn't lose because your opponent cheated. You tried pulling the same nonsense last year claiming everyone was using Cronus. You just don't know what you're doing.

I just got stuck at Field of Dreams as the away team on Series X. It's the second time I've played there this year. That stadium may have the worst frame rate I have experienced in any video game. Trying to field the ball was literally giving me a headache. I have to pop a couple of aspirin and lay down. The next time that stadium loads in, I might just have to quit and take the loss.

There is a reason why moderators don't want this kind of thing posted on the forum. It could just result in finger pointing from both sides with baseless accusations. You claim your opponent froze the game on purpose. They could just as easily create an account here and say the same about you.
If you have an issue, report it in game or use https://theshow.sonysandiegostudio.games/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you have a chat log or other evidence that he froze the game on purpose, you could attach it. If you don't have that, then him intentionally freezing the game was likely an assumption on your part, and while proper etiquette is for the losing team to quit, a lot of people don't follow that and try to win at all costs. I've been stuck in plenty of freeze offs with those types of people, and I agree that it sucks. All online games with a sizable player base will have some toxic tools.
Freeze offs in MLB The Show have been going on since at least 17 when I started playing Diamond Dynasty, and clearly SDS has not been able to prevent them or come up with a reasonable solution. I hope they're continuing to work on fixes and maybe a more elegant solution than two people twiddling their thumbs for hours on end waiting for the other to blink, but I also won't hold my breath.
As hoboadam said, you're just going to get put in the time out chair. If you want a chance at actually seeing results, do it the right way. This forum post will accomplish nothing.
I'm all for the DH in real baseball, and I would be okay with it if SDS adds a DH in future games. However, if 8 superstar diamond hitters aren't enough for you to get some offense going, the 9th one isn't going to help.

No. You're right. It must be a conspiracy. Everyone is out to get you. It had nothing to do with the fact that after a full year of playing this game, you still don't know how to manage a bullpen. 
I don't buy packs, but if I earn them I rip them open right away like a kid on Christmas. The most I save up is when I'm working on a conquest map. If I do it all in one sitting, I probably won't back out to open until I'm done. Otherwise I never leave packs sitting in my inventory.
Buy 150k worth of cards on the market while on Playstation. Then sell those cards. Your stubs will then be laundered and free to use on any platform.
