Haven't received pack rewards from the 3 new storylines, they disappeared after "completing them", and because I got server disconnected during the final video on Leon Day I don't have his card and SDS won't respond to my bug support tickets or account issue tickets to help me resolve the issue

I was playing vs CPU with a very good pitcher on the mound using classic buttons pitching and I know control isn't supposed to be as good as it used to be because of pinpoint but even for that I felt the control was terrible even for a rookie (which was the settings for the game) vs CPU game.
