I think, in general, diamonds and maybe even gold don't get pulled even if they're injured. I know for sure the gatekeeper types don't. It would be nice if they were consistent but I also get it as it would throw off the marketplace big time if all of a sudden Judge was pulled from LS...

Servers have been very slow all day. I've been disconnected quite a bit, and I usually don't have that issue.
I'm afraid to open packs as I don't want to disconnect mid rip.
On the positive side, I finally finished the P. ONeil 3 hit moment.

The WBC exploit is a cheat and you know it. It gave unfair opportunities to an exorbitant amount of extra cards for all who utilized it. This in turn affected both the marketplace and online gaming, thereby having a negative effect on those who didn't exploit. Splitting hairs over whether to call it a cheat or an exploit or whatever you want to call it doesn't matter. They did something that negatively affected everyone playing by the rules. They deserve to be punished.

Just popping in to say how ecstatic I am as well that they say they are taking action. I am curious as to what it will be, but their statement leaves me hopeful that it will be significant.

I loved that Wally Joyner card as a kid. I'm excited to hopefully use it at some point

I 100% agree. I'm so angry. I've played fair, spent money, and poured myself into this game cause I truly love baseball and this game. My reward is to be told to sit down and shut up. Well, ok, message received, and the message won't be forgotten

Exactly this. I've never gotten too high or low about this game. I know it has its issues but I love baseball. I can't do franchise anymore since I have no team thanks to a selfish billionaire (#FJF) moving them.
But I love baseball and DD has been solid for me year in and year out. I even special ordered my own ballcap IRL for my team. The company's response to the glitch has me questioning whether to ever purchase the game again, however.
I'm incredibly disappointed.

Does anyone know if you hit quit- restart does that void your XP earned during that try? I know it's minimal for outside, but I need all the XP I can get so I haven't done that so far

Yeah, I'm having a pain in the rear time with it too. 3 hits is one thing, but against a 97 and then back to back lefties out of the bullpen stinks.

Yeah. Their formula is weird. I play on veteran and if I strikeout the side I get 99 points. But if I allow a base hit in there I get 105. Also if you throw a guy out stealing you seem to lose all points for his out.
I've tried to figure it out a couple times but haven't done that in a while because it just didn't seem worth it.

I don't think he's in the game, but John Olerud would fit and could be a good card

Count me as another one who's watching this to see their response. I absolutely think bans are in order for this. Hopefully SDS does it, but I won't hold my breath.

Some interesting cards here. I'm so excited Gehrig isn't in a pack. He's a must have for me.
I'd really like to try that Larry Walker card too but probably won't ever pull it.

For what it's worth these cards actually do make me a bit nostalgic. Not that they're great, but I get what they were going for.
I don't mind these at all.

There's a guy on the Rockies who throws 103 in game and always drives me nuts. Halvorsen I think.

I just don't think combining for an achievement counts. Should we say a team "combined" for a 4 HR game because 4 players hit one? What's the difference between that and some pitchers throwing a couple good innings each?

You may get to see Taylor again as he un-retired apparently. How crazy would it be if he did that and then recovered and got back to the bigs?

I want them to show the correct stats for that mini season personally, but I'd (sadly) take just having the normal all around compiled stats at this point.
I played one mini season where they kept adding a HR to one of the cards each game I played even though I'd never hit one with him.

No chance I'll complete it. I've given up on the probability of getting LS or the XP path done. They've absolutely killed this game for anyone casual it seems. I still enjoy playing,but I'm disappointed in the way they've handled content.
