Rap Dixon is my all-time fave from the NGL players. Even last season, but his 99's swing from last year was different, and he wasn't as automatic.
I have Cool Papa Bell as my 5th starter, but mainly for pinch-running, and a defensive replacement for slow 1B men in Conquest games.
I have Cool Papa for the exact same reason. 
That and he was always one of my favorites to read about in the league.
For me of players I would love to use in the game...

And people wonder why Oakland fans were so pissed for so long. Our joke of an owner did that on the regular. Wasn't even worth buying a specific jersey cause you knew they'd be traded within a couple years or sooner.
All so he could rake in the money, tank the team, and move to vegas.

We can all afford 92s now. There is no "upper middle class" really, so to speak, on live series anymore. They're around 11 to 20 k. Not like past years when they were in the 60s to low hundreds.
Raising the limit for Shohei and Judge to a million stubs was BS. They did that midway through last year and it's been crappy ever since. You can't turn a few 92s into Shohei with sales and a little good fortune anymore.
You either play the (broken) market VERY hard, pull them, or you're hosed.
I've made the same team name and logo the last few years. Even custom made a real hat with my logo on it to wear around. I'd hate to see them take away the customization part.
That said, this is just one more reason I don't play online. Makes my blood boil to see racist stuff like that. And kids absolutely don't need to be seeing that or the other stuff as well. I hope they figure out a fix.
I actually like this idea. They'd need to get a bunch of new rights, but it would be a fun group

Between this and lying to us about the glitch exploiters being punished I'm pretty livid with them right now tbh. Everyone trying to play this game right is getting hosed.
It would be so awesome if they had a Reggie Stocker card.

Just some thoughts while on my lunch. 
I know it's been said a thousand times, but they really need to make them more useable. And definitely need a good REASON to use them. They made some progress this year on that, but not much.
I would love to use these more. Hopefully it gets figured out by 2028

If they are doing continual updates then that takes a team, which needs a continual income stream to work.
If they choose not to have an income during the season from micro transactions then they would charge a [censored] ton for the game itself all at once. That was where the $1000 came from.
One way or another they need money to keep the content flowing
This wouldn't work. They need steady income through the season to afford all of the in-season content and continual patches, etc.
This isn't a game from the 90s that gets made, released, and forgotten about while they move onto the next one. It has a full life cycle which needs continuous nourishment from the studio. And that means they need continuous income throughout the year. If you want them to stop monetizing it completely the game itself would have to be like $1000 or more.
I do think they have pushed over the limit of necessary monetization myself, but taking it away from them completely is a ridiculous idea.
Who ever is doing this is so lame. Play the game the way it was meant to be played. This is no lifer nonsense junk.
"Ohhhh I want my 2 headliners packs let me bunt every game". Dorks.
And some of you wonder why you cant get better at the game.
Jayzus man. Get the frick over it. People play different ways. And I know it's offline so you'd rather die a thousand deaths than give them any credit but at least they're not cheesing in online play.
I'm so tired of you whining about everyone who doesn't play competitive online like you.
Offline is part of the game and not hurting anybody. In fact, there's thousands of people that enjoy it. So go back online and leave us alone.

I leaned into my Irish heritage (American of Irish descent). Chose Finn for the great Irish leader Fionn mac Cumhaill (Finn McCool), and Scotus in old latin meant a Gael as from Ireland or, later, Scotland.
I have no idea. With no stream tomorrow, as far as I can tell, I expected to start seeing some card teases today.
So instead of posting card previews today I chose to expose exploiters instead

And as others have pointed out... no. They said they would take action, and then forgot all about the issue and hoped the rest of us would too. But we haven't and won't.
If I strike out the side on veteran, it nets me 99 XP that inning. If I strike out the side on rookie I get less (90 I think). I assume all other stats have similar variances.
I could be wrong, just my observations though.
