They just posted on Twitter about 20 mins ago that they will be doing server maintenance shortly to fix an issue with menus.
Would be REALLY nice if they actually communicated on their own forum though.

Completed Live Series for only the 2nd time in the last few years I think.
I won't use Jeter or Sosa much if at all but I have my A's collection complete so I'm excited to have this goal checked off.

I know people are probably tired of seeing these posts as others finish up LS, but I just wanted to share how happy I was to finally have that finished. It's been quite a struggle to get there, but I completed it!

I agree, but I do enjoy the primary 'old school ' stats: BA, HR, RBI, SB for hitters and ERA, Ks, etc when my pitcher comes in.
Definitely need some sort of stats instead of the attributes though

They really need to make those cards more useable. Wouldn't have been difficult to put together a TA program specifically for them. I enjoy the storylines themselves. They just need to do more to encourage use of them.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN I think the issue here is that a lot of people tried to enter the codes during the appropriate time but we're unable to as the server didn't handle all the traffic. This is leading to most of the frustrations you're seeing regarding this issue.

Personally I didn't even try because I saw all the posts about issues on here and didn't want to add to the overload. I'm fine with that, but lots of people who made multiple attempts were unable to receive anything and that's what they are hoping can somehow be rectified.

Not sure if there's a "rain check" option that could be used for people who didn't already get anything, but maybe something to consider?

Seriously, we get it, you want ALL the face scans. For whatever reason they don't have them. Multiple reasons have been proposed for this but you yell at them and clog the forum every time there is an update or when someone new is promoted.
Please take a break from the complaints about it. They aren't going to magically get these just 'cause you yell at them.

Agree with OP. I would really like to see (accurate) stats for my guys.
I generally go with the flow and just enjoy the game even with the occasional issue that pops up, but I definitely get frustrated when I see the stupid attributes instead of stats when I hit R2

I think I got no hit last year or the year before. I stuck in cause I really wanted to see if I could break it up and I didn't.
No reason to quit IMHO. Just take your lumps and move on. Too many people let pride get in their way through.

Mid 40s here and yeah, collected tons. Still have them in the garage. I still buy packs from time to time just for the nostalgia but I'm not looking for anything particular unless I happen to get somebody on my Oakland A's.
Who were some other favorites that weren't superstars but not on your team either? I was always a big Gregg Jefferies fan. Also liked Travis Fryman, Chip Hale, Turner Ward all as rookies.
When I liked someone's rookie card and they did well I was CONVINCED I would be a great scout because of that.

That would be helpful. I'm even fine with it being 15 runs or something. I don't mind losing by a few, or even a lot over 9 innings, but being destroyed by someone in the first 3 innings makes playing unfun and pointless.
I'm not wasting my next hour or so giving up 8 runs an inning for anyone's enjoyment.
