Was messing around with some of the Field of Dreams Moments earlier. I think moments are the worst thing to come from this years game. Things like this have me seeing red.

Moments are boring but extremely easy. Outside of the 8 TB in 1 game moments but those arent hard either I just get anxious and swing at trash trying to get it done. Just use power swing in every moment.

Ive done every moment i have tried. My point is they are frustrating for no reason. They utilize no skill and the AI is ridiculous. All garbage pitches and head hunting in every moment. Not to mention the absolutely ABSURD coming to bat with your pitcher from an AL team vs another AL team. Its unnecessary.

Say what you want about Madden but I guarantee you in a MUT scenario where you have to throw a TD for coins, your C doesnt hike the ball then come and tackle you. Cos thats the logic in MLB the Show moments.

Its not just hitting thats off its pitching too. I was never the best hitter but I was ALWAYS good at pitching and hitting the spots (meter pitching) I noticed that with even pitchers Ive used and loved im still missing the meter almost every time now. Its by a second. The same for hitting. Its like its stiffer. Hitting feels like at times my batter is swinging a pine wood tree.

IMO I think the pandemic messed up game production, its being fixed, slowly and in the meantime we’re all playing a broken product.

But I would like to know...why are you guys so personally and emotionally disturbed because somebody complains about a video game on an online forum?

Is this forum your place of sanctuary, your synagogue or your place of peace that is being disturbed?

When I say repetition Im not saying the game of baseball. Not the game, the aesthetics, the animations, the missions. That is what I find redundant. Baseball is baseball. True baseball they say you never see the same thing every game. This game I hit the pitcher with a line drive sometimes twice a game in the head or neck, and hes fine lol. But I digress. My problems arent with baseball, I wouldnt be a fan. I woudnt have just watched an entire 0-0 Mets game that just ended in bottom of 9th with Nats walking it off. The content itself is the issue. Its too recycled.

Best team I ever made was a few years ago The San Diego Server Errors (SDS) I created my own logo too, it was a fielding glove inside a circle with a line going across it like a no smoking sign to signify no fielding, errors, you get it lol

Ive done almost every Daily, All Topps Now, both Seasons of Team Affinity, 650,000 in both 1st and 2nd Inning, got Trout and Acuna in BAIH and Team affinity packs doing those, finished the LS Collection, Jackie, even typing this [censored] is exhausting. At one point I said what am I doing? People on here are chirping like im here whining about perfect/perfects not getting me hits lol. Im just saying im bored, its boring. They dont pace their content correctly. They release these 97 OVR's in June making LS cards basically Obsolete. They announced 95 OVR Cliff Floyd today, lmfao he wouldnt even go on my bench.

I think I said a couple of years ago when I was with Playstation that SDS should get a job in Waste Management cos the game was trash. I got a lifetime ban for that. Last week they banned me for a week that ended today for posting with a title that read Theres a special place in Hell for SDS

i like how they only pay attention if someone says something negative about them.

I want to thank the most of you who somewhat agreed and even added your thoughts. People need to understand that this post wasnt meant to come off as whiny. My gripes arent all with hitting timing or (why are my 118mph perfect hits groundouts!) This is more about the treatment of this franchise year after year. Things we have wanted improvement on that they ignore. Visuals, commentary, etc thats copy and pasted. There is so much they ignore and i was simply saying that maybe the Franchise could stand to get a fresh set of Developers in with new ideas. Im sure most of the community has ideas that they have wanted to see in this game or specific modes. Thanks for taking the time to comment and add somethings that bother you or that you would change. Remember at the end of the day we pay these guys every year, we are in control.

I actually notice a lot of people commenting on here saying they understand exactly what im saying. So to say no one cares is 100% wrong and its you that needs to get out of here and dont let the door hit you on the [censored]. Go kiss some more SDS booty and lemme know how it smells.

This is a big ol fact. Only reason I came in was to see the reason why. Wanted to see if it was the same old recycled whining reason.

Makes sense tho, same old recycled whining post for the same old recycled game/content/missions. Evens out.

Some of the grinding is indeed mind-numbing. What caused you to get banned from the forum?

Patience. They have not moved to 100% next gen yet. But I will say Matty V and Dan P need to go!! Their commentary simply NEVER changes and seems to be the same year after year, I only started playing in 19, but have seen videos of the older versions and it sounds the same every year.

I've been playing/grinding less than usual early this year. For me it's not worth a ton of my time to grind for cards I won't use. I dont expect them to release a bunch of 99s this early so I'll wait and put the time in then.. Found myself logging in on Tues and Fri lately and thats it. I don't really wanna grind and get burnt out over 93s and 95s. They're good cards but not what I buy the game for. Take today for example... They're putting out a 95 Cliff Floyd and prob a 91 or 92 if we're lucky, Dave parker. Neither of those cards will ever get used by me and 90% of the player base. Some people are excited and thats cool but it doesn't do it for me. Long story short lol, I'm gonna wait and see what they release and go from there.

Thats just it nothing has been exciting this year. I LOVE baseball. I truly do. This doesnt feel like baseball anymore. It feels like a job lol

It feels stale. And recycled. There is a decent amount of content but that's it. They haven't upgraded any game modes in years it feels. They ignore things like franchise for years.. No new historic stadiums for years... The list could keep going unfortunately. Stadium creator is cool but I'd like to see them put in some effort to bring back more historic stadiums. They could do so much with them. Like I said, I'm not gonna uninstall or anything but I'm definitely saving my energy for better content.

Stadium creator sounds great but unfortunately I wasnt lucky enough to get a next gen console. Theyre still sold out lol. That was another thing that got me. I heard rumors of the stadium creator and it was announced but I didnt know it was ONLY for next gens until a week before its release
