@NWOStunna_PSN We had Stieb a few years ago. Anchored my rotation.
They used the 1982 Topps card. Not sure why he hasn't been back since.

I've noticed this after 856 games played (seems it ramped up after 825th as I was getting dotted by lower 60's to upper 70's... I'd expected it from anything higher than 79, but come on man)...and I brought it up in another thread that had some good arguments but not relevant to my experience of game play...
I'm glad you included a screenshot...the CPU is not only doing this to 99 rated players but to 78 to 94 rated players. I carry, currently, an 88 overall team (2 points higher than usually playing with) and it's a paint fest.
I'll just have to adapt.
@RealMessiah_XBL I don't play mini-seasons, and I know it was in response to another comment. I'm just trying to do the math.
Hey, I appreciate all the responses but it's apparent that not everyone plays the same way.
Thanks again.
@SchnauzerFace_MLBTS The assumption made is "all" are playing with "god squads" is inaccurate...at least for me. The overall rating of the "theme team" I run averages between 82-86, not 99's.
I do understand the point you are trying to make and I would lean towards agreeing however not in this case.
What gives lately? CPU a bit juiced/amped in lower levels? CPU hitters more aggressive and CPU pitchers excellent painters. I especially enjoy the CPU pitcher that shows fastball peak at 101 but is tossing 103, repeatedly, with outstanding location.
It wasn't working when I attempted today. So, I reached out to support, explained the issue and got a response! Issue resolved by Support Staff. All uniforms are accounted for!
I'm going to try the videos and last moment, again...
@Bilskie_PSN incorrect on Bader...long hair, no beard. Watch Phillies every night. He's in starting lineup tonight...long hair, no beard.
Wait...I believe I read your post wrong. My bad.
It took a few times but got it to work.
I stopped playing online back during the Musial mission/collection (18? Sorry, don't remember exactly the year... believe it was same year as Nava shenanigans). I was ok, held my own but...it took a couple of games of folks being asses to ruin any fun I could have possibly had.
Wait, I may have fibbed...I did do a couple of co-op games with my son last year but quickly realized nothing had changed. So, never again.
As BlindRhino said, "beyond boring" but I'd rather be bored, playing my way, than deal with the crappy playing style of some of the gamers out there.
Strictly an offline grinder here
@Dolenz_PSN I thought I was the coolest kid on the block back in the day with Intellivision baseball.
My brother and I would break out the baseball cards and create our lineups. Have our stacks laid out neatly in front of the console and flip the cards over as we went through the game. Heck we even saved old, unused, Cardinals games scorecards and then used them with the Intellivision baseball game, haha.
Man, the hours we killed just ballin'.
The confusion of what difficulty I'm actually playing on is doing me in...especially this past week (CPU on rookie has been insane).
And yes, I'm a bit up there in age but I've always enjoyed being able to come in and knock out some games to unwind or kill time. I understand the "power creep" everyone talks about and it wasn't an issue for me before. This past week hasn't been enjoyable.
I'm sorry to say this friends but I am no longer having fun.
Might be time to look into other adventures for enjoyment.
I'm getting:
"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"
@TripleH-4481_PSN Yea, I've run into this a few times. CPU gets really aggressive at the plate, bunting, drag bunting, base stealing with a player who shouldn't even be stealing, pitchers paint like Maddux, and get those borderline calls when the previous inning you dotted the same line for a ball. The infield in, the intentional walks, outfield all throw like Rick Ankiel...lol. Yep, keeps you on your toes some games...all for a free agent or silver bat, LOL.
@Jeff7407_PSN I've secretly been hoping that this made a "moments rewind" return just so those who never did it could experience the pain.
Interesting that Padres 63 Mason McCoy 100% resembles Dodgers 87 Tommy Edman...it's like they're twins! The resemblance is uncanny! (obviously sarcasm).
Cardinals - Sonny Gray
@Collin_SDS_PSN Thank you.
Jonah worked for me too. Curious...how do you find out about the codes? This seems to pop up out of nowhere sometimes.
Just realized we haven't seen #44 yet. Was Reggie Jackson in 23?
