how would you know if this was done. i still have all information and my RTTS progress is still in tact

how would you know if that was done

i lost all my diamond dynasty progress and stubs. not to mention all the players i gained from the packs. i was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same thing. i emailed TheShow people with no response. i really don’t want to start all over so it to happen again.
