I've spent 8 days now trying to get this fixed. I have multiple tickets opened, spent time in countless chats, and have spoken to reps. Nobody knows what is happening, or why this doesn't work. SDS has not said anything or acknowledged any kind of issue. You are in the same boat as me - we spent $100 for a broken PS4 game. Don't worry - you will get $10-20 of free in-game currency out of it for the servers, but probably will never see a PS5 version unless you shell out another $70. They took the money and ran.

I just spent over an hour uninstalling the game, and following instructions from a Sony agent over chat. I’m beyond pissed of with this scenario.

I redeemed the voucher that came with the $99.99 Jackie Robinson edition. I was able to install the game, but today while trying to search for stadium creator I realized I don’t have it. I checked my library and realized I have the PS4 version.

How do I install the correct version? Will I lose all my progress?

Please help. I’m losing my mind!
