Im done with the 1st Inning so if the servers go down, im like whatever....ill find something else to do. Im just sick of the same [censored] every night. Servers [censored] out between 8-9pm....take a few hours to come back and by the time they do, im getting ready for bed only for them to be down again for 7am "maintenance" that never actually fixes anything. And the ZERO communication on their part is what pisses me off the most.

Funny how SDS thinks I will buy stubs to compete. I don't function that way. I buy stubs if I get rewarded sometimes and need an extra push. The only time I put in extra money, I pulled Sale for 70k. Haven't pulled anyone close to that and haven't put any more money in since. All not getting rewarded is going to do is see me tank down to 400 to work on dailies and 40 wins for RS reward. Then I'll make the WS later.

40 events wins, 40 more events wins, 40 BR points, then 100 BR points, 40 RS wins will net you 9 good diamonds you can build a team with or sell for collections. All team affinities packs and stubs. 2 inning bosses plus the diamond packs. Then all the stubs from the programs. You should be ashamed of yourself to claim this is pay to win. Yes some people get luckier than others with packs but if you curb your pack addiction you should be well on your way to chipper. You should at least have the AL or NL done if all your stubs went into live series collections. Stop blaming the cards for your losses..
8 have chipper and feel i am pretty decent at the game. On that note, i have been shelled by an all 42 series squad on gall if fame..
skill still rule the day even with the flaws.. Flaws of the game go both ways and affect both players. Shame......shame.......shame......

I dont understand the whole "pay to win" thing either. They literally give you stubs and/or packs for everything. The Team Affinity gives you 7500 stubs and 16 TA packs per division. Thats 45,000 stubs and 96 TA packs....plus the regular packs and the BIAH packs you get from them. Theres really no reason to pay anything and theres really no reason for people to be complaining about not having good enough cards to compete.

Random fact : Only 4 homeruns were ever hit to center in Polo Grounds. Luke Easter in a Negro Leagues game, Hank Aaron and Lou Brock, on consecutive days, and Joe Adcock. Pretty sure by design, we're not gonna be hitting those bombs regularly in the game.

Its mind-blowing the number of people in here, Facebook, Twitter and Reddit that have pulled Trout 2-3-4 times in one year and i can't even get the SOB one time in all my years playing DD.

FFS if it bothers you that much, report him in game and move on. No need to bring the social justice causes to the forum.

Maybe play the game for the love of the game? Why does there always need to be something to do...something to unlock...something to level up or some sort of achievement?

Im buying digital deluxe. Between the freebies there, team affinity, conquest, Topps Now and the innings program, its not even worth it to blow money on packs.

March to October is just a fast forwarded version of Franchise. You basically play a few moments to rush through a season, win the world series and get team affinity points. The moments can be anything from finishing a no-hitter from the 7th inning on to stopping the other team from scoring a run in the top of the 9th etc. You probably do about 25-30 of those through the season and then every game of the playoffs. You can make trades when the other team offers and most times, they offer their best players for your trash.

Franchise does the draft i think and its more in-depth with the scouting and player development.

You mean besides the 9 conquest maps, vs CPU for innings grind, XBH/hits/HRs/Ks mission grind with multiple cards and online vs other people? How many modes do we really need?

Its a shame you spent all that money for a full team of diamonds and you still cant hit.

I got one of the 5-packs from the 2nd inning program today. Best card i got was a 63 overall. And i got him twice in the same pack.

Meanwhile, i see pics all over Twitter and Facebook of random douche bags pulling their 2nd, 3rd and 4th Trout. Never pulled one.

Not sure which card you're using but the diamond from the April POTM program can be used in the field or as a DH. Hell you can pinch hit for your pitcher with him and keep him in the game to pitch.

I bought Arenado the other day to finish the Cardinals LS and for the life of me, i cant hit a [censored] thing with him.
