ive hit well against ohtani & degrom (shocker i know)... but then again i dont think ive played hall of fame recently... this is in the events / BR / all-star difficulty in ranked seasons some last week

I think you can also use one of the buttons on the D-Pad on your controller. I don't know which, but one of them will work I'm pretty sure. Basically all it says is that that person is most likely to hit the ball to that specific side. If it is a lefty with extreme pull, they are most likely to hit it to the right side, and same with a right handed hitter except flipped. If it says Pull, they are MORE likely to hit it that way, but not guaranteed. If it says Balanced they can hit it anywhere. I hope this helps.
