Why can I not get an online game started in '23, you are supposedly supporting the game yet EVERYTIME I try to play a game it somehow does not connect, WTF?? Please explain.

Why can I not get an online game started in The Show '23? EVERYTIME it says I've connected for a game 5 seconds later it says connection failed. WTF? I want to play '23 online and am unable to right now, any advice suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Let me guess before they posted this they lost a game to a stacked team?

nope not the case but this year everyone is losing to a "stacked" team at some point, my team is "stacked" as well.

Question…I see several posts like this every week on here. If you don’t like all the 99’s then why not just play BR? Or play regs? It just seems silly to me to play the one mode on this game that has teams with all 99’s if you don’t like teams with all 99’s!

BR is only 3 innings…and you can’t pick your roster from cards in your collection, you are stuck with the luck of the draft.

Online ranked gives you zero choice in roster building and has a grand total of zero historic players and/or teams.

Everyone here loves to rag on 2K…but even they have classic teams available in Online Ranked games.

So I’m assuming you have all cards possible at this point- you have babe, chipper and Pedro?

I don't want or wouldn't use Babe or Pedro but If I wanted them i could have 'em right now so yes.

I should've realized the only lives most of you have is this game, smh.

5 innings is considered an official game in MLB and a 9 inning video game is way too long with as much as there is to do in life in my humble opinion and 3 innings seems a tad short. Just a thought. Thanks.

Maybe have Managers add different attribute bonuses some higher than others, maybe have managers that focus on certain areas of bonus-hitting, pitching, fielding, etc. It would just be nice to not see a Tony LaRussa look-a-like coaching every team.

Serious question. If my opponent is quick pitching me, and I have a fast runner on third, I'll try to steal him because 9/10 they are already close to the pitching animation and they either fall to the ground or throw the ball off center which pulls the catcher off the bag.

I say no; because if they weren't quick pitching me and paying attention to the guy on third they could just step off the bag and throw me out.

According to my Xbox I've spent 12 days 19 hours and 59 minutes playing this game that has barely been out a month. To say I have no life would be an understatement though as a NMS player my team looks great-I've completed live series,one set 1 collection card (Chipper), I've ran thru 14 1/2 mini seasons, completed all programs,have over 1.7 million XP meaning I've spun the bonus wheel 49 times and have only gotten 2 Boss packs. With all the time I've spent I still can't consistently hit at All-Star level ROFLMAO.

Just wondering how his season ending injury is going to affect his price since he won't be getting updates or will he end up as a free agent? Thanks! I'm asking because I'm wondering if I should buy now or wait, I still need Scherzer and Verlander.

It only took 73 hours of DD gameplay but a great pull for NMS, especially this early in the season! I take back some of the negative things I've said about SDS over the past couple years.

I would share the pack opening video but I don't have the "privilege" lol. I've still got a high from the pull. I got it from my 3rd mini season championship bundle.

Your game looks awesome and there's a ton of content but it plays like [censored] and is just not fun. You can either hit or you can't- there is no "in between". I'm in my mid 40s(I know there are probably older players so I'm not trying to get into a "pissing" contest over age) and would like to sit down and mash baseballs around at will not have to "look for my pitch" on "ROOKIE" level to do so. On Rookie level 85% of pitches seen should be meatballs not balls out of the zone!
I and most of my friends are too old to worry about trying to "git good" at a meaningless baseball game, this should be an escape from the real world which is hard enough but unfortunately it's not. I could go on but what's the point.
I'm a die hard baseball fan that has tried to enjoy your game for the past 2 years but both times I have uninstalled your game before July even ends. It's been real, it's been fun but it hasn't been real fun. Cheers!
