Can someone please help me how do I reset back to default sliders my son messed with them and now I'm not earning xp

Also from the looks of it stubs are now only earned in DD not in other modes anymore ? Playing RTTS with default sliders got me not 1 stub, XP yeah with defsult sliders but stubs no so looks like earning stubs is only possible for DD players now.

Edit: Finally got some stubs in RTTS with default sliders, tried again with custom but with custom sliders No XP and No Stubs so you only earn with default sliders and same goes for franchise mode

how do I put my sliders back to normal my son messed with mine and now I'm not collecting xp
