Sold 3 of the hardest pieces of the collection to start on the collection. Solid strategy

So hear me out. I have done nothing except play this game for the past 2 days. Here what I've finished

All program moments
All program pxp missions
Daily Moments
Babe collection
The exchange
Fatf showdown
Starter showdown
Batter up conquest 1
Batter up conquest 2
Batter up conquest 3
Mystery conquest x6 (packs)
Us conquest x2 (adley)
I'm 10-2 on mini seasons
I've payed maybe 4 BR games

All that and I'm just now coming up on the first fotf pack where I'll be allowed choose and to sell my card. Not that it matters because the prices of those cards are down to 30k already. The cards started hitting the market yeaterday. I can say as someone who hasn't stopped playing other than to sleep, there is definitely xp glitches going on.

All this gamepaly and the actual program thus far has only awarded me 4 standard show packs (not including the conquest packs) everything has been a stadium or a no sell.

I got reasonably lucky with these cards but still, NO STUBS.

I have maybe earned 50k stubs from all this gameplay. I know they will release more content and more ways to make stubs, but the nms people have a legit gripe imo.

Edit: I know there will be more opportunities to earn stubs and card later in the game. All I'm saying if right now the content that allows earning has been majorly suppressed.

Hitting was better a couple days ago. They changed somthing. People will fall out of their chairs to defend this saying they didn't nerf hitting, but it's obvious.

Idk why, but the cynical side of me sees all these "collect pxp" missions and thinks, maybe they nerfed hitting so we wouldn't blow through these challenges. But that's probably not it, as we were going to complete these fast anyway. Exit velo is way down, timing windows are smaller, etc. Christ your lucky to score 2 runs in a conquest game right now.

Its still doable obviously, but it does make the game more boring.

Edit: it's like this every year. Hitting is amazing at release and then a few people start complaining about how online play has too many homeruns (why that's a bad thing I'll never know) because god forbid you lose every once in a while, and then all of the sudden hitting sucks for everybody.

I'm playing the mini season mode and I'm going through a 4 game stretch where the team I'm playing has all the best players in the game. That's fine. I'm playing on allstar.

So the last game went 6 innings and with the new stamina settings I ended up having to use my entire bullpen, no problem as so did my opponent. Next game, same team. My entire bullpen and 3 of my starters are completely out of energy. I figured since the cpu team also use all their pitchers they would be in a tight spot as well. Nope, all of their pitchers are fresh and ready to go despite the long game they just played. How are we supposed to compete with that? Are we supposed to just quit if we don't win in 3?

And this problem is amplified in mode where reliever stamina is carried over into the next game (minni seasons)

If this is happening in Mini Seasons, then it's because rewards are involved and in order to prevent using same pitchers over and over. Give pitchers a day off you will not get this. It is very balanced if approach it this way. It's how i do it and really no issues. But also if you are getting the msg he is tired he actually can pitch usually 5-7 more pitches generally.

Mini seasons is bad because the cpu relievers regain their stamina after every game but yours do not. So one game goes to extra innings and you will be out of relievers the next game but the cpu won't be.

Just put tatis at shortstop, the mission will complete itself.

I like it. I wish they had a stats page, but it's cool. Also I wish the cpu pitchers stamina carried over game to game, play the same team back to back and they bring the same relievers out both games with full energy.

Haha my wife wasn't mad. We were laughing hysterically as I told her I bought a bunch of stubs to complete the live series collection. She asked why does it cost so much, I explained trout. She said soooo you have trout then. Hahaha "no but I have the stubs to begin investments to work towards trout"... she's lost and I look like a dork. It's a win for everyone.

Are you using zone?

Yes I am using zone. Strike Zone camera. Pci is wedge, and I'm using diamond or altitude.

Watch some YouTube tutorials. Also from the main menu there is a practice mode that you can play.

I always think fastball inside and adjust my pci from there. Think fastball high and in and adjust offspeed low and away.

Focus primarily on timing tho, without timing the pci doesn't really matter. And it sounds crazy but don't look at your pci just watch the ball and let your thumbs do the work. I have my pci at 30% and it's white so you can barley see it. I find that a bright more pronounced pci throws me off.

Man I'm telling you timing is garbage. Please just go try it lol. Jump on an online game and see how it goes. I was a timing(pure analog) exclusively up until last year and I can't tell you how much my game has improved by switching.

When you use timing the cpu just randomly throws your pci somewhere. It's only good for franchise if you are a pure sim fan (which I do every year when I get burnt out on DD)

I find it odd as well, they give you only xp and no stubs. Completing fof moments sets should at least reward you with some stubs

How many hours is this?

Idk man like 25 maybe. Don't judge lol. I mowed the grass, went to grocery store, cleaned the house, did the laundry, and the kids both just had birthdays so they are happy to be left alone either their new presents, and i gave my son $30 to download more minecraft stuff. I did all this before Friday because the wife and I planned this to be a video game weekend.

She's playing uncharted.
