From day 1 of early access the hitting and gameplay for actual in game play, was absolutely fine!! I was so locked in and cracked out in Ranked,events, and BR!! Now all of a sudden I went from hitting .450-.500 with almost every batter, to batting .125-.200 with every new player. Idk what they did to the hitting, but it’s terrible now. The pci is moving so fast,and is so touchy, that you move it in the slightest bit it flies down or over everytime now. The timings seem so off. Balls I feel I have good to almost perfect timing on they’re saying early or just late!! And the times i do have good swings and placement, it’s just right to someone everytime, or the ball is hit like a shallow pop up. Not even making it deep to the wall or track…. I didn’t become horrible at this game overnight!! It’s not possible to go from batting in the high .400s with everyone, to batting .125 now…. And I’ve seen a lot of other people saying the same thing with how different and bad hitting seems now. Even against the CPU in conquest. Went from scoring 20-25 runs a game, to barely putting up 4-5 now. That alone says it all!! Whatever they did in this last update, they need to undo and bring it back to how it was. Even top streamers I’ve watched aren’t hitting that good compared to what they were, and how they usually are!! Stop fixing things that don’t need fixing SDS!!
