I'd love to be able to filter in my player inventory by pxp progression. Also in the jersey screen, would love for when I quicksell a minor league jersey for it not to automatically go the very top on the next screen. Jerseys is the only one it does that for. If I have a bunch of silver bats, I can quickly go through and quicksell each without being sent to the top of the screen each time. If you try to do that with the silver minor league uniforms, you get sent to the top of the screen each time and have to scroll all the way back to the bottom. I will say because of this I hadn't sold any minor league uniforms all year and a couple of weeks ago forced myself to sit there and scroll down each time and quicksell all of them and ended up around $45k stubs richer. Had almost 40 of some of those jerseys.

I wonder if there is going to be a TA in between now and Finest. I think Finest usually comes out around early Nov after the WS and that's a huge gap to fill with just little 4-5 card programs. We'll get playoff programs but even that doesn't start til Oct.

Same here. I'd rather face Randy every game than have to face Nolan once every 5 games. You could tell me you were just throwing the 4 seam every pitch and I still wouldn't hit it. I don't have much trouble catching up to other outlier pitchers but something about his release point, it feels like it's right on top of me before I even see it. When I use him though, he gets lit up usually. My most frustrating one card to ever hit though for me was that Joe Kelly card either last year or in 23 where his release was basically broken. I can't remember which it was but I absolutely hated facing him. I basically just guess every pitch.

Same here. Have both Rolen and Gil and neither have been in my lineup for weeks. Currently have Seager at 3rd and Paredes at 1st. Rolen I just can't hit with, but Gil, I get good swings with him but he seems to be the most unlucky card I've ever used in the show.

There's a chance he goes up to a 90 or higher next update so he could start getting more expensive instead of coming down.

Has the matchmaking changed for BR? Yesterday in my very first game of my run, I immediately matched up and the guy was 9-1. I’m thinking no way I should immediately match up with this guy no matter how long he has waited for a matchup. So I write it off as some kind of glitch that happened.

Fast forward to today. Once again my first game of my run, I match up within about 2 or 3 seconds, and this guy is 8-0. I mean I didn’t really care, I’m no way gonna go 10-0, so it’s no big deal. I’m just wondering if now BR is totally randomized instead of the matchup meter, because my meter didn’t have time to move at all. At most I shoulda been playing someone maybe 2-0 or 3-1 and that’s pushing it.

@MRAD2010_XBL I think you have to get to 1000 rated but I can't remember for sure. Maybe it's just 900, but the card attributes are the same as the regular world series reward card.

Yeah I think those are server type issues and not him cheating. Trust me it's extremely frustrating but that pitch teleport issue happens to me once every couple of days. I'll throw a sinker low and in, it's starts out that way but then all of a sudden shoots straight up and outside. If you are using poinpoint, usually if you switch your pitching mode for that game it will stop. Another issue is that when you are seeing that type of stuff happen on your screen, your opponent isn't. I was playing BR the other day and matched up against someone streaming and threw a pitch that was supposed to be below the strikezone. It started out that way and all of a sudden jumped up and went straight down the middle. He crushed it for a homer, so I went back and watched his VOD afterward and that instance in the game was easy to find and on his screen, that pitch was down the middle from the time I released it, so on his screen he didn't see where it was going low and then all of a sudden just jumped up and went down the middle. Same thing when I hit a ball that looked like it was going in the gap in the infield, but all of a sudden his second basemen teleported and slid instantly from playing the shift all the way to second base. When I went back and checked that one, on his screen his second baseman didn't do that, he was standing in position the entire time as I hit it.

I have no idea why it happens in some games but it definitely does and he for sure wasn't doing anything to cause it.

It wouldn't surprise me if we get Elly today, one on the 9th, and the last one on the 16th since the new TA comes out on the 23rd. I'd love for all 3 today though.

Happens to me multiple times a day on PS5 and I have a friend that plays on Xbox that it happens to him as well so it's not just a ps5 issue either.

This is the first year ever that my batting averages for almost everyone seems to be way higher online than vs the cpu.

@TubaTim90_PSN You may wanna go back and watch last weeks live stream. They specifically said they are working on a patch and when out Hall of Fame would begin at 700. It's right around 3 minute mark.

I wouldn't hold my breath that his card drops below an 87 any time soon because SDS knows what that will do to the price.

@tttmerig_PSN We are in the exact same boat. In fact, I could have written this exact post about myself, minus the new apartment part. I'm completely lost at the plate so far this year. I can't even blame it on exit velos or anything like that because I feel like I'm only making good contact 5-10% of the time.

Same here. I started DD in 21 and was awful but played constantly and by the time 22 rolled around I was decent and started 22, 23 and 24 with having my first loss somewhere in the 600s and made WS all 3 years. I started ranked the other day and am currently 1-4. My one win was the very first game and homered the first two batters and the guy quit. Then the next 3 it was like I had never picked the game up before. It wasn't an issue of having inferior cards either because my team was clearly the better team on paper. With me it's not even the issue of the hitting being off in the game that everyone has talked about, I just can't get the PCI to the ball. When I do I'm way early on 4 seams and sinkers and way late on sliders and off speed. It's very frustrating and I just feel totally lost at the plate. I even played 24 up to two weeks before launch so it's not a case of I quit playing a couple of months ago and am just getting back into it. So anyways I then thought I'd try an event game just to see if things got any better and I matched up against someone that had a 12-30 ranked record and lost 3-0. Crazy thing is I can go offline and play diamond quest and crush the ball playing on hall of fame or legend like in the past, but I get online and my pci is in the craziest places when I swing and my timing is all over the place.

@grenachi_MLBTS Glasnow has always been my favorite pitcher to use against the CPU when doing offline grinding. However, I take the exact opposite approach when it comes to using him online.

I'm loving that so far this year. I don't try to steal all that often when playing online but against the cpu I'm constantly running since all the team affinity programs have the steal missions. If they have speed over 70 and steal over 60 I'm running. Have been thrown out at 3rd a couple times but yesterday got thrown out at 2nd for the first time and it was Elly of all people.
