Offering quick sell prices... Gets quick sell chosen 99.6 % of the time... Smh

I need the stupid quit/disconnect ritual item to complete the collection...and I've quit/disconnected. Multiple times to try and obtain it... Are there specific requirements or is there bugs? Im just asking here b
c I've contacted the show a few times without any info being returned.once also read other posts about it and "quit a cpu game" isn't viable for a fix here" help please and ty
