When your agent ask’s you if you are happy with your two way status don’t say yes pick the one we’re you want to change roles
What if you're just a shortstop and not a two way player? In previous games, you could modify your secondary position under My Appearance in the General settings (where your name, name audio, jersey number, etc. are). It's no longer there.
My player has been F potential from the very beginning for whatever [censored] reason, so I don't have anything to lose trying to swap secondary positions (which right now is set to None). Would be nice to add 2B/3B.
