My account is connected to the servers and I have not received any earned packages. Not from the college signing bonus, or from challenges. Currently in AA about mid way in the season with up to 10 missing packs.

Pitching perks are not unlocking as a two way player! Hitting, fielding and base running are working as intended. This is my current problem.

Think the problem stems from not being signed into the servers. You can exit RTTS, sign into diamond dynasty then back out to RTTS and it fixes the issue. Packages you get while offline you will likely not be credit for from my experience.
